LEGAL CONTRACT BINDING

By purchasing services from Webflow Creators, you agree to enter a binding legal contract. This includes handling responses to legal notices related to trademarks, patents, and lawsuits.

If you decide to close your business, you are responsible for submitting the necessary cancellation documents to remove your legal name from business records. This protects you from future legal liabilities tied to the infringing business name.

Failure to provide proper cancellation documentation releases Webflow Creators from any responsibility or liability for legal damages incurred.

REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions you receive depends on your selected package. You are entitled to the number of revisions outlined in your package without additional costs, provided the original design concepts remain unchanged.

Revisions are typically delivered within 48 hours.

Once a design is finalized, any further changes or revisions will be treated as a new order and will incur additional charges.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Special or discounted packages were selected.
• The primary design concept has been approved.
• Revisions have been requested.
• Cancellation is due to reasons not related to Webflow Creators.
• No communication for more than 14 consecutive days.
• Violation of company policies.
• Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
• Inadequate information provided in the creative brief.
• A complete design change is requested.
• The refund request is made after the given timeframe.
• Business closure, name change, or non-service-related disputes (e.g., change of mind, internal disagreements).
• Services such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights/Trademarks, Web Hosting, and Paid Plugins (e.g., SSL/DDoS protection) are non-refundable.
• In website projects, once a design is approved and sent for development, no refunds will be issued.
• After delivery of final files upon approval, no refunds will be processed.

Partial refunds (up to 25%) may be considered if the initial project brief is not provided within 10 days of order placement.

Important

Following a refund, you relinquish all rights to use any designs created by Webflow Creators. Ownership of all designs will revert to Webflow Creators.
